Mr. Darcy Sculpture

Now, this is something I must see in person, a 12 foot sculpture of Mr. Darcy  as portrayed by Colin Firth in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. I love the novel and that adaptation is my favorite. The sculpture made from fiberglass is in Hyde Park in London but will eventually make its way to Lyme Park in Cheshire where the popular scene of Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy with a wet shirt was filmed. The sculpture was created as a way to promote and launch UKTV’s new channel Drama.
